Job description

Exciting new project at NEOM-Gulf of Aqaba 

  • Proven track record of experience as a Senior Manager on large capital projects with solid expertise in Engineering and Marina Project Management
  • Knowledge of relevant codes and standards pertinent to the discipline
  • Minimum 20 years of hands-on experience in Engineering, Procurement and Construction
  • Sound Experience in the Management of multiple Contractors during Design, Design/Build, Construction phases or via other contractual models


Skills

  • Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills to monitor and handle multiple projects at the same time, balance key priorities and meet challenging and changing deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills including presentations and reporting.
  • High resilience, proactive problem-solving skills, and strong negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to create a team culture of camaraderie, integrity and trust, among multination and multicultural teams.
  • Shall be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
