JASARA PMC is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager - Fit Out to lead and manage fit-out projects from conception through to completion.
This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience coordinating fit-out works, ensuring the delivery of high-quality interiors that meet client specifications and industry standards.
The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple fit-out projects, collaborating with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve excellent project outcomes within scope, budget, and timeline.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of fit-out projects, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement.
Lead the coordination between clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Manage risks and resolve issues promptly to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.

Project benefits: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum of 15 years’ experience in project management, with at least 5 years focused on fit-out projects.
Proven experience managing complex fit-out projects in commercial, residential, or hospitality sectors.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods, materials, and finishes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with project management software and tools.
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and procurement processes effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to fit-out works.
