Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Project Engineer – Environment (Site) to join our award-winning team based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


This critical role is responsible for producing, verifying, and assessing technical designs, plans, and associated documentation across various stages of infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with relevant engineering standards, QMS requirements, and project specifications.


We envisage success in this role to include;


  • Carrying out feasibility and optioneering studies for environmental engineering solutions
  • Developing and preparing design drawings, technical reports, specifications, and materials documentation
  • Providing environmental site supervision services across active construction projects
  • Conducting and supporting air quality, noise, and vibration monitoring activities
  • Delivering input into EIA studies for large-scale infrastructure and master planning projects
  • Applying knowledge of environmental management during construction phases
  • Working on contaminated land assessment and remediation projects
  • Supporting compliance with environmental permitting requirements in KSA
  • Assisting with dewatering design and implementation requirements in the Kingdom
  • Resolving complex engineering design challenges using both manual and computer-based methods with minimal supervision
  • Developing innovative design solutions or adapting existing designs to meet project-specific requirements, in coordination with the Project Manager
  • Supporting the process of obtaining design approvals from relevant authorities and regulatory bodies
  • Maintaining quality assurance and quality control standards, checking computations, drawings, estimates, and reports for accuracy and compliance with engineering principles. 

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include a minimum of 8 years' career experience partnered with a Bachelor of Environmental Engineering / Sciences Engineering.
