Job description

  • Develop, update, and manage comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Analyze and monitor project progress, identify risks and delays, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Conduct delay analysis and generate progress reports, dashboards, and project status updates.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to align project timelines.
  • Support cost control, resource planning, and strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual timelines and project delivery targets.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience, including at least 5 years in Saudi Arabia on project planning within the construction industry.
  • Experience in stadium or large-scale sports facility projects is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi construction standards and project requirements.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with Saudi construction standards and regulations.
