We are looking for a Senior Media Planning Executive to support the development and execution of cross-channel media plans for key clients. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of media fundamentals. You will work closely with managers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality plans, coordinate campaign execution, and ensure all deliverables meet performance and operational standards.
 



Key Responsibilities



  • Assist in developing multi-channel media plans aligned with client objectives and audience insights.
  • Conduct research using market, competitive, and audience tools to inform planning decisions.
  • Support day-to-day planning tasks including budgets, channel allocations, timelines, and campaign documentation.
  • Collaborate with performance, social, search, and creative teams to ensure integrated planning.
  • Monitor live campaigns with the delivery teams to ensure pacing accuracy and KPI alignment.
  • Prepare reports, post-campaign analyses, and actionable insights for internal and client presentations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of media trends, platform opportunities, and industry developments.
  • Manage internal coordination, ensuring all stakeholders receive accurate, timely information.
  • Support junior executives when needed and ensure high-quality work across planning outputs.
     

Requirements



  • 2–4 years of experience in media planning (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of media fundamentals, channel roles, and planning frameworks.
  • Familiarity with media tools (e.g., TGI, GWI, SimilarWeb, Nielsen, platform insights dashboards).
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
