Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
A Master’s degree is preferred.
At least 7–10 years of experience in data analytics with demonstrated leadership experience.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI, or Tableau.
Experience in reporting Strong knowledge of data visualization, data governance, and statistical modeling.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading and motivating teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Ability to translate complex data into understandable and actionable business insights.
