In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of interfaces within construction projects, ensuring seamless integration and communication between various engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and mitigating interface challenges while promoting effective collaboration to achieve project objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in interface management or engineering roles within the construction industry.
Proven experience in managing complex interfaces among diverse teams in large-scale projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, industry standards, and best practices.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address interface issues effectively.
Familiarity with project management tools and interface management software.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
Willingness to travel to project sites as necessary.
