Key Responsibilities- Supervise and execute maintenance of electrical systems within oil and gas facilities
- Ensure proper functioning of power distribution systems, transformers, switchgear, and control panels

- Troubleshoot electrical faults and implement effective solutions
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and reliability
- Ensure compliance with international safety standards and company policies

- Participate in shutdown planning, turnaround maintenance, and emergency repairs

Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
- Professional certifications in electrical systems or maintenance (preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in oil & gas or petrochemical industries
- Strong exposure to oil facility maintenance operations
Required Skills- Strong knowledge of power systems, electrical equipment, and maintenance practices
- Experience in handling HV/LV systems, substations, and switchgear
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and fault diagnosis
- Familiarity with international standards such as IEC, IEEE, and NEC
- Knowledge of safety protocols including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical diagrams
- Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
