This role is the enterprise‑wide technical authority responsible for designing and governing Qiddiya’s Digital architecture, ensuring that the solutions built are scalable, secure, reusable, cost‑efficient, and aligned to the strategic roadmap.
This role leads the Architecture Centre of Excellence (CoE) within Digital & CE, with matrix leadership responsibility for Solution Architects across products, platforms, CRM, MarTech, commerce, and in‑destination systems.
    This position plays a critical role in shaping Qiddiya’s digital ecosystem — including e‑Commerce, Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM & AEP), identity, payments, and omnichannel experience — ensuring consistency, reliability, and strong governance.
Key Responsibilities Define and govern the enterprise Digital architecture aligned to Qiddiya’s strategic technology direction.
  Lead the Architecture CoE, developing capability and ensuring consistency across matrixed Solution Architects.
  Act as Design Authority to approve solution architectures, platform changes and technical risk mitigation plans.
  Enforce architectural standards, security, integration guardrails and scalability objectives.
  Drive platform evolution for e‑Commerce, Adobe AEP/AEM, CRM, identity, payments, and shared platform services.
  Lead adoption of API‑first, modular, cloud‑native and event‑driven architecture patterns.
  Manage architectural oversight of SI and vendor deliveries ensuring compliance to approved designs.
  Balance pragmatic delivery needs with long‑term efficiency, technical quality and reuse.
  Partner closely with Product, DevSecOps, CRM, MarTech, and Digital Platforms leadership teams to align dependency and release planning.
  Evaluate emerging technologies including AI‑driven automation and advanced customer engagement capabilities.
  Offering a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
12+ years experience in enterprise or digital architecture roles in large‑scale consumer or destination environments.
  Deep expertise in Adobe AEM SaaS, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP/CDP, Target, Campaign).
  Strong e‑Commerce architecture experience including payment and identity services.
  Hands‑on technical credibility with modern integration, API security and cloud engineering.
  Experience managing matrixed teams and coaching technical talent.
  Strong communication and executive presentation capabilities with ability to influence without authority.
  SI/vendor oversight experience ensuring design governance and delivery quality.
  Bachelor degree in MIS, or any related field.
