7. Drive the adoption of new technologies and best practices to enhance efficiency and maintain a competitive edge.
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering).
2. Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in a technical leadership role, with a proven track record in the construction or engineering industry.
3. Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) status is highly desirable.
4. In-depth knowledge of international engineering standards (e.g., Eurocodes, ACI, AISC, ASME) and building codes.
5. Demonstrated expertise in structural analysis, design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro), and BIM (Building Information Modeling).
