As a Senior Communications Specialist, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic communications for Siemens Energy’s Grid Technologies in the Middle East, targeting experienced professionals with a passion for energy transition and resilience. How You’ll Make an Impact


  • Position Siemens Energy’s Grid Technologies as a leader in the Middle East through strategic thought leadership and storytelling.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans tailored to the regional market, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Support regional tradeshows and events with business-related content to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Elevate leadership and expert visibility through media placements, speaker opportunities, and social media campaigns.
  • Provide strategic support for employer branding initiatives, highlighting success stories that demonstrate our impact on energy transition and grid resilience.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure consistent messaging and measure communication effectiveness using data-driven insights.

What You Bring


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field, with a strong foundation in strategic communication.
  • Over 8 years of experience in corporate communications within a matrixed or global organization, preferably in energy or grid technology sectors.
  • Proven track record as a communications advisor to senior leaders, demonstrating strategic thinking and influence.
  • Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into engaging narratives.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in driving impactful communication strategies.
