Oversee the execution of all civil works on-site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
​ Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure integrated and conflict-free project execution.
​ Monitor construction progress, identify delays or deviations, and implement corrective actions as required.
​ Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals related to civil works.

​ Years of Experience in the Relevant Field: 8–12​ Bachelor’s Degree in a Relevant Discipline: Civil Engineering or a related field.
​ Professional Certification: Saudi Council of Engineers Registration, PMP (preferred), or equivalent engineering certifications.
