Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Architect to join our award-winning team based in Riyadh, KSA.

We envisage success in this role to include:

• Maintain professional and meaningful relationships with the client to ensure program and project requirements are being satisfied.
• Ensure the delivery of the contracted Design and Construction Management services to the client.
• Submit shop drawings and material submittals against the drawings & specifications, local codes and statutory requirements and international best practice
• Ensuring compliance with all KEO internal processes and procedures.
• Effective verbal and written communication proficiency.
• Time management and task prioritization skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 10 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Architecture.

Luxury Fit-Out construction experience is essential.

GCC Nationals will be preffered.
