Responsibilities:
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a particular focus on VIP client engagement.
• Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to attract and retain VIP clients, driving growth and profitability.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a luxurious and personalized shopping experience for all clients, especially our VIPs.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, understanding their preferences and anticipating their needs.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to enhance VIP client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Train and mentor sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards, with an emphasis on VIP client interactions.
• Handle VIP customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect the luxury brand image.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop exclusive promotional activities and events for VIP clients.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the luxury retail sector, with a strong focus on VIP client management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse sales metrics and develop strategies to improve performance, particularly with VIP clients.
• High level of professionalism and a customer-centric attitude.
• Deep knowledge of luxury brands and products.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
