Identify and target potential clients including corporate offices, event planners, wedding organizers, educational institutions, and government entities.
Conduct cold calls, field visits, and networking to generate new leads.
Build strong relationships with clients and understand their catering needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
Negotiate contracts and close sales in alignment with company pricing and policies.
Coordinate with the operations and culinary team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and pipeline in CRM tools.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, preferably within the catering, F&B, or hospitality sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and customer focus.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events.
