Job Summary:

Our client, a provider of consumables and solutions to the oil & gas industry, is seeking to hire a Sales Engineer – Mud Pump Consumables to be based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.



Key Responsibilities:
    • Support and develop sales activities across Saudi Arabia
    • Drive revenue growth for mud pump consumables and related oilfield products
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with operators, service companies, and distributors
    • Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion initiatives
    • Provide technical support and product recommendations to clients
    • Assist in commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract processes
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements
    • Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure effective delivery

Requirements:
    • Proven sales experience in oilfield services, preferably in mud pump consumables
    • Technical understanding of drilling operations and related equipment
    • Exposure to oil & gas markets in Saudi Arabia (regional exposure is a plus)
    • Good network within the oilfield industry is preferred
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
    • Ability to work independently and support a multi-country territory
