As an SDR on the Enterprise team, you won't be warming up in the background. You will be researching and engaging the kinds of organisations that most people spend years trying to get a meeting with. You will learn how enterprise sales actually works - the strategy, the stakeholders, the craft - from people who do it at the highest level.
We are not looking for experience. We are looking for the person who is going to outwork, out-prepare, and out-think everyone else in the room.
