Job description

  • Develop and enforce health and safety policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and regular site inspections to identify potential hazards.
  • Investigate accidents or incidents to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures.
  • Maintain records of safety-related incidents and propose improvements.
  • Organize and conduct safety training sessions and toolbox talks for staff.
