Rotating Equipment Technicians (Levels I & II)

We are seeking motivated and skilled Rotating Technicians at both the Entry (Level I) and Intermediate (Level II) levels. Our Rotating Equipment team is responsible for the health and reliability of all machinery with moving parts, including centrifugal pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes, and motors.

Level I: Rotating Technician (Entry-Level)

Focus: Learning, assisting, and preventive maintenance.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine preventive maintenance (PMs) such as lubrication, oil changes, and filter replacements.
• Assist senior technicians in the disassembly and reassembly of pumps and small motors.
• Clean and prep equipment for overhauls and assist with basic mechanical adjustments.
• Maintain a clean workspace and document all tasks in the CMMS.
• Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Technical Trade Certificate.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and experience with hand/power tools.
• Willingness to work in industrial environments and follow strict safety (LOTO) protocols.

Level II: Rotating Technician (Intermediate/Journey-Level)

Focus: Troubleshooting, precision alignment, and independent repair.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical failures in turbines, compressors, and multi-stage pumps.
• Perform precision laser alignments and dynamic balancing to meet OEM specifications.
• Execute full equipment overhauls and interpret technical blueprints and P&IDs.
• Lead small teams during shutdowns and mentor Level I technicians.
• Requirements:
• 2–5+ years of direct experience with industrial rotating equipment.
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools (micrometers, dial indicators).
• Experience with vibration analysis or specialized certifications is a major plus.
