Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Junior Road Engineer to support road and highway maintenance and supervision within ongoing Operation and Maintenance (O&M) projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in road engineering, with a focus on project supervision, specifications, and quantity estimation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the supervision and maintenance of road and highway projects.
  • Ensure compliance with road engineering standards and specifications.
  • Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) related to roadwork.
  • Support the implementation of O&M plans and engineering procedures.
  • Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure quality and timelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
  • 10 years of engineering experience, including 3 years in Operation and Maintenance.
  • Resident in Saudi Arabia with transferable Iqama.
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written).


Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of road specifications and engineering practices.
  • Proficiency in preparing BOQs and technical documentation.
  • Experience managing and supervising road maintenance and construction.
  • Ability to work within project timelines and budgets.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
