RMC Brand Specialist



The RMC Brand Specialist will support the Brand Marketing team by contributing to market analysis, brand initiatives, and activation activities across key consumer and trade touchpoints. This role offers hands-on exposure to both Marketing and Sales, providing a strong foundation for future growth in brand management and business development.


Position:


As a RMC Brand Specialist, you will:


  • Support consumer insights and market analysis by working with Brand and Insights teams and using consumer, trade, and commercial performance data
  • Assist in brand-building and product development initiatives to strengthen brand equity in line with global guidelines and local market needs
  • Contribute to the execution of brand initiatives, campaigns, and activations, and prepare reports and presentations on performance and insights
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Trade Marketing teams to support activations across channels (HoReCa, conventional retail, digital)
  • Coordinate with external agencies and partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of brand assets and materials
  • Support budget tracking and resource management, reporting any deviations when needed

Requirements:


  • University degree, with fundamental knowledge of marketing principles
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing (sales experience is an advantage)
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Good understanding of the local market and culture
  • Organized and proactive team player with strong communication, presentation, and analytical abilities, comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
  • Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
