Reporting Specialist

JASARA PMC is seeking a motivated Reporting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, analyzing, and distributing reports that support effective project management and decision-making. You will work closely with various teams to gather necessary data, interpret findings, and present insights in a clear and concise manner. • Collect, validate, and analyze project data to prepare accurate reports.
• Develop and maintain reporting templates and dashboards for efficient tracking of project performance.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure reporting aligns with project objectives.
• Identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement through data analysis.
• Present findings and recommendations to management and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and deadlines.
• Continuously seek ways to improve reporting processes and efficiency.
