Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Regional Quality Manager to join our PMCM Division based in Riyadh, KSA. This position is responsible for responsible for leading and overseeing the implementation of the company’s Quality Management System across all projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


We envisage success in this role to include;


  • Lead and manage the Quality function for PMI in KSA, ensuring alignment with company Quality Standards and continuous improvement.
  • Implements PMI standard metrics to monitor the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS) across all projects.
  • Communicates and provides regular updates to the QA/QC team, Project Managers, and Project Directors regarding project quality matters.
  • Participates in meetings with clients, project teams, and contractors to support quality assurance activities, as required.
  • Frequent site visits to ensure full support and engagement with quality and project teams.
  • Reports and provides periodic updates to the Director of Quality and the PMI Executive Director.
  • Ensures timely implementation of the Service Quality Evaluation (SQE) process across all projects.
  • Reviews client feedback received through SQE and ensures appropriate actions are taken to maintain high quality standards and client satisfaction.
  • Monitors the development and issuance of project-specific Quality Plans, QA/QC procedures, and related documentation to ensure compliance with client requirements, and verifies effective implementation.
  • Conducts QA/QC audits, reviews, site surveillance, and follow-up activities in accordance with the approved audit plan. Supports the recruitment process by assisting in the selection of qualified Quality personnel for projects.
  • Supports the bidding team by providing Quality inputs, write-ups, and required quality-related documentation for proposals.
  • Monitors, evaluates, and appraises Quality site personnel performance.
  • Identifies and escalates quality issues and risks to the relevant Director in a timely manner.
  • Ensures that appropriate corrective and preventive actions are implemented to address company-wide quality issues.

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 20 years work experience partnered with Qualified Lead Auditor plus postgraduate Quality related qualification.
