QC Inspector – Radiator Background We are looking for a Quality Control (QC) Inspector with experience in radiator manufacturing and repair processes.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of inspection, testing, and quality standards related to radiators.
Key Responsibilities: Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of radiator components and assemblies Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and drawings Inspect radiator cores, tubes, fins, tanks, and welding/brazing quality Conduct pressure testing and leak testing of radiators Identify defects and non-conformities and report to QA/QC team Maintain inspection reports and quality documentation Coordinate with production team to improve product quality Ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures Requirements: Diploma/ITI or relevant technical qualification Minimum 3–5 years of experience in radiator manufacturing/repair industry Knowledge of welding, brazing, and pressure testing Familiar with QC tools and inspection methods Ability to read and understand technical drawings Good communication and reporting skills
