Job Title: Senior QA Engineer

Location: Dubai

Experience Required: 4+ years

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in integration testing, mobile and web application testing, API testing, and familiarity with Sitecore backend systems. Candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Perform integration testing across multiple systems and platforms
• Conduct web and mobile application testing (functional, regression, usability)
• Execute API testing using tools.
• Validate Sitecore backend functionality, including CMS workflows and content publishing
• Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools (e.g., JIRA)
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery
• Perform regression testing before releases
• Ensure test coverage and maintain test documentation
• Support UAT and production releases

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Atleast 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance
• Strong experience in:
  • Integration testing
  • API testing
  • Web and mobile testing
• Experience working with Sitecore CMS (backend validation preferred)
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of performance testing tools
• Experience working on government or enterprise-level projects
• Arabic language proficiency (preferred but not mandatory)

• Good to have: CMS platform experience and exposure to AI tools in testing workflows.
