Responsibilities Plan and Lead all mechanical shutdown and turnaround activities from initiation to completion.
Lead and coordinate the execution team to ensure timely and safe project delivery.
Develop detailed execution plans and schedules in alignment with project objectives.
Monitor and control project progress, performance, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all phases of the shutdown.
Coordinate with other departments, contractors, and stakeholders for seamless execution.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with mechanical shutdown operations.
Conduct post-shutdown reviews and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Proven 10+ experience in managing mechanical shutdowns and turnaround projects in the Oil & Energy industry.
3+ years as managerial experience / team leader experience Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, maintenance practices, and safety protocols.
Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
