Project Manager - Low Current Systems

Introduction:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead a comprehensive project encompassing the design review, supply, supervision, testing, and commissioning of low current systems and ICT. This role demands expertise in various systems, including ICT Passive, Active, and Security Systems, GRMS, BMS, AVS, CCTV, ACS, & FAS, combined with strong capabilities in customer relationship management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. The ideal candidate will be adept at ensuring project alignment with client and consultant expectations, managing resources efficiently, and proactively addressing potential risks.

Job Description:

• Lead the design review process for low current and ICT systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Oversee procurement and supply chain management, ensuring timely availability of structured cabling, passive and active components.
• Manage installation supervision, aligning with recommended fixation methods and technical specifications.
• Coordinate the testing and commissioning of diverse systems like Smart Services, Security Systems, GRMS, BMS, Public-Address, Audio-Visual Systems, BGM, Lighting Control, and Attendance Systems.
• Ensure system integration and programming meet client and consultant requirements.
• Review technical documentation, including BOQ, shop drawings, riser diagrams, and programming protocols.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring continuous alignment with client expectations and project objectives.
• Efficiently manage project resources, including team allocation, budgeting, and material resources, to ensure optimal utilization and project success.
• Implement comprehensive risk management strategies, identifying potential risks, and developing mitigation plans to ensure project continuity and success.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and maintain effective communication across all project phases.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and compliance requirements relevant to low current systems and ICT, ensuring the project adheres to the latest standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Comprehensive understanding of GRMS, BMS, Audio Video, CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia and available for immediate start.
• Good command of Arabic is a plus
