Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with over a decade of experience in executing large-scale temporary power and generator rental projects, particularly across the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing generator fleets, coordinating logistics, and delivering complex projects under tight timelines and in remote locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of generator rental projects, from setup to teardown.
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure timely and efficient execution.
- Manage key technical aspects such as fuel logistics, load distribution, generator synchronization, and power distribution systems.
- Ensure all deployed equipment meets required technical and safety standards.
- Supervise on-site operations, proactively manage risks, and resolve any issues that arise.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed.
- Handle project finances including cost control, budgeting, invoicing, and regular progress reporting.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong expertise in generator sizing, deployment strategies, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting.
- Proven track record in managing temporary power solutions, particularly involving multi-generator setups.
- GCC regional experience is essential; PMP certification is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
