Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Project Incharge / Site Engineer to oversee and manage site installation projects, with a specific focus on HVAC systems and coils.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all mechanical installations are executed according to approved technical drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations while maintaining strict project timelines.
Key Responsibilities Project Site Planning & Coordination: Thoroughly review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and the scope of work.
Develop and monitor detailed installation schedules and timelines.
Coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, technical teams, and internal production departments to ensure seamless execution.
Site Supervision & Management: Directly oversee the on-site installation of HVAC coils and related mechanical components.
Ensure all field work complies with approved engineering standards and safety protocols.
Supervise and provide technical guidance to technicians, laborers, and subcontractors.
Quality Control & Compliance: Monitor the quality of all installation work through regular on-site inspections.
Ensure strict adherence to local codes, NFPA/ASME standards, and regulatory requirements.
Identify and rectify any installation defects or deviations from specifications.
Documentation & Client Relations: Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Document all site activities, including changes or deviations from the original plan.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates and concerns.
Manage final inspections, testing, and documentation for project handover.
Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 6–7 years of proven experience in site installation, specifically within HVAC or mechanical systems.
Technical Skills: Ability to read and understand complex engineering schematics and layouts.
Logistics: Valid KSA Driving License is required.
Availability: Transferable Iqama is preferred.
