We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Project Budgeting Specialist to join our Project Management.
This role is essential to ensuring that all project budgets are accurately developed, monitored, and controlled throughout the project lifecycle.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing detailed project budgets, forecasting costs, tracking expenditures, and ensuring alignment with financial and operational objectives.
Working closely with Project Managers, Finance, Procurement, and Senior Management, this role ensures that every project is financially sound, cost-controlled, and executed within budget.
This position requires someone who is bilingual (Arabic and English), has at least 3 years of experience in project budgeting or financial planning, and can work under pressure to support fast-moving projects and tight deadlines.

Minimum 3 years of experience in project budgeting, financial planning, or cost control .
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Project Management, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Excel (cost models, forecasting, pivot tables).
Experience working on projects within Saudi Arabia (government or private sector).
Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
High accuracy, strong analytical ability, and excellent time management skills.
Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with full-time availability.
Key Responsibilities Project Budget Development Build detailed baseline budgets for new projects.
Identify direct and indirect cost components.
Develop forecasting models and cost breakdown structures (CBS).
Cost Monitoring & Control Track actual expenditures vs.
budget. Prepare variance analysis and financial performance reports.
Recommend corrective actions to keep projects within budget.
Financial Forecasting Update cost forecasts based on project progress.
Support risk analysis and cost contingency planning.
Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with PMO, Finance, Procurement, and Operations.
Support funding approvals, change requests, and procurement decisions.
Compliance & Quality Ensure budgets follow internal controls, audit requirements, and client or regulatory guidelines.
