Professional SAP Trainer - Contract

Job Description:

We are seeking Multiple experienced SAP Specialized Trainer to deliver high-quality SAP SAT (Structured Authoring Training) across key SAP modules, particularly in areas like (EWM, TM, IBP, MDG, PP/DS, GRC, BRIM, Ariba and SuccessFactors). This is a contract-based role requiring a highly experienced SAP expert with a strong background in training and certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver SAP SAT training across critical SAP modules, ensuring deep knowledge transfer.
• Develop, customize, and enhance training materials to align with industry best practices and client requirements.
• Provide hands-on practical training, guiding professionals through complex SAP functionalities.
• Assess and certify learners through structured evaluations and real-world SAP scenarios.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP updates and certifications, ensuring training content is current.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor SAP training programs for enterprise clients.
• Travel to deliver in-person training sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of SAP experience, with at least 3-4 years in SAP SAT training.
• Strong expertise in one or more high-demand SAP modules like (EWM, TM, IBP, MDG, PP/DS, GRC, BRIM, Ariba and SuccessFactors).
• Multiple SAP certifications across key functional or technical areas.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.
• Prior experience in corporate training, coaching, or mentoring SAP professionals.
• Willingness to travel to Middle East and specially to Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and other GCC countries for training engagements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience training SAP consultants for enterprise-level implementations.
• Background in developing e-learning content and online training modules.
• Familiarity with SAP Learning Hub and LMS platforms.
