Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement production plans and schedules based on customer demand and project requirements
- Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and production teams to ensure material availability
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Analyze production data and generate reports for management review
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and resources
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions

Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 4 to 5 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering environments preferred
Technical Skills Required- Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling techniques
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Good understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes
- Ability to analyze production data and prepare reports
- Familiarity with MS Excel and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement techniques
