Job description

• Production Planning and Execution:

o Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery deadlines.

o Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to production plans and timelines.

o Optimize resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to maximize output and minimize downtime.

o Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

o Ensure that production complies with SASO standards.

• Team Leadership and Management:

o Supervise and motivate production staff, including operators, technicians, and supervisors.

o Provide training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and performance.

o Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.

o Foster a positive and safe work environment.

o Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian labor law.

• Quality Control and Assurance:

o Implement and enforce quality control procedures to maintain product quality and consistency.

o Conduct regular quality checks and inspections.

o Identify and address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

o Ensure adherence to ISO standards if applicable.

• Process Improvement and Optimization:

o Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.

o Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

o Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

o Implement preventative maintenance procedures.

• Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):

o Ensure compliance with all Saudi Arabian HSE regulations and company policies.

o Promote a culture of safety awareness and implement effective safety programs.

o Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.

o Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste materials.

• Inventory Management:

o Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.

o Coordinate with procurement and logistics departments to ensure timely availability of materials.

o Implement and maintain accurate inventory control systems.

• Reporting and Communication:

o Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, including output, efficiency, and quality metrics.

o Communicate effectively with other departments, including maintenance, quality, and logistics.
