Job Opportunity – Procurement Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia


We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to manage and optimize the organization’s purchasing and supplier management functions. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective procurement, timely sourcing, and strong vendor relationships while maintaining quality and compliance standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives


  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors


  • Manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including sourcing, ordering, and delivery


  • Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services


  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations and stores teams


  • Prepare and analyze cost comparisons, quotations, and contracts


  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules


  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation


  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations


  • Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvement plans
