The Specialist - Procurement Governance & Reporting plays a critical role in enhancing the transparency and accountability of procurement activities at Qiddiya Investment Company.
This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining governance frameworks that align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Additionally, the Specialist will develop and manage reporting systems to ensure effective monitoring of procurement performance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities: 1.
Governance Framework Development: · Design, implement, and maintain governance policies and procedures related to procurement activities.
· Ensure alignment of procurement processes with local regulations, internal standards, and best practices.
2. Reporting and Analytics: · Develop and manage procurement reporting tools and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
· Prepare and present regular reports on procurement performance metrics, compliance, and risk assessments to senior management.
· Analyze procurement data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
3. Compliance Monitoring: · Assist in the auditing of procurement processes to ensure adherence to established governance frameworks and compliance with legal standards.
· Support the identification and mitigation of procurement-related risks throughout the procurement lifecycle.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of governance and compliance within procurement.
· Facilitate training and workshops for procurement staff on governance policies and reporting requirements.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
· At least 3 years of experience in procurement governance, compliance, or reporting within a large organization.
· Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in data analytics tools and Excel.
· Familiarity with procurement regulations and best practices in Saudi Arabia.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
· Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
· Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
