JOB PURPOSE:


Under the supervision of the Procurement Manager, support the Procurement, Supply Chain, and Logistics Departments for Saudi Aramco Nabors Drilling (“SANAD” or the “Organization” hereof) in coordinating supply chain activities as related to SANAD’s rigs in line with SANAD’s policies and procedures.


ROLES AND RESPONSABILITIES:


  • Develop and publish interactive Power BI dashboards and reports with scheduled data refresh.
  • Perform data analysis, ETL processes, and data modeling, utilizing SQL for data warehousing and reporting solutions.
  • Ensure data quality and deliver insightful reports for business functions
  • Collaborate with accounting for accurate financial reporting and manage business intelligence projects.
  • Analyze vendor performance based on metrics like on-time delivery, order fulfillment, and spend.
  • Create and manage MIS reports, automate past-due/delayed line reports, and track cost[1]saving initiatives.
  • Provide timely reporting, analysis, and insights on Supply Chain costs, including budgeting, actuals, and forecasts.
  • Evaluate vendor bids and quotations – assist in the Bidding process.
  • Manage daily purchasing operations, including Planning, Issuing, and Tracking Purchase Orders, Deliveries, and Shipments.
  • Be able to run reports to monitor purchasing efficiency.
  • Ensure vendors meet contractual delivery terms and resolve supply, quality, service, and invoicing issues.
  • Maintain Supplier and item master data within the ERP system.
  • Coordinate with, Operations, Engineering, Support Functions and Warehouse teams to ensure a continuous supply of materials.
  • Manage and register all procurement-related documents.
  • Manage and oversee Rig inventory control processes.
  • Ensure procurement and warehouse transactions are completed timely and accurately.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor, Open PO lines and Work with the Receiving Team to ensure timely receiving and close out process is in place.
  • Identify Obsolete and Slow-moving materials and assist Warehouse Team to optimize inventory.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Provide assistance to SANAD’s other business units.
  • Participate in routine checks and inspections to ensure safety and quality standards.
  • Take care of health, safety, and environmental impact.
  • Proactively seek out relevant information.
  • Remain up to date with the Company and the role.
  • Proactively evaluate the effectiveness of processes and implement improvements.
  • Provide assistance to SANAD’s other business units on issues pertinent to job function; participate in performing routine checks and inspections to ensure the highest safety and quality standards are being maintained if required.
  • Take care of health, safety and environmental impact both personally, and for others who may be affected in the workplace. Cooperate with the Company and co-workers to help everyone meet their legal and company requirements.
  • Proactively seek out information that is relevant to job role whether internally or externally to efficiently and effectively deliver. Remain up to date with context of the Company and the role within it to provide insight on potential opportunities and/or challenges.


Qualifications

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:


Knowledge and Experience:


  • A minimum of 5-7 years of previous experience
  • 5+ years’ relevant Procurement, warehouse, inventory, and logistics management experience.
  • Outstanding communication skills, willing to make difficult decisions, communicate effectively with Senior Management.
  • Proficient in computer skills, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Warehouse Management Software.

Education and Certifications:


  • Mandatory: Higher secondary certificate.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or relevant field
