Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Specialist to support pricing strategy, fee calibration, and commercial optimization initiatives. The role focuses on analyzing pricing performance, maintaining pricing frameworks, supporting cross-functional projects, and ensuring alignment between business, operations, and product teams.
 


Key Responsibilities


  • Monitor and analyze pricing performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
  • Support delivery fee calibration and pricing optimization initiatives.
  • Prepare pricing recommendations based on data analysis and business impact.
  • Maintain pricing templates, trackers, and reporting dashboards.
  • Validate pricing configurations and ensure implementation accuracy.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis.
  • Track KPIs and provide insights to improve profitability and customer experience.
  • Ensure alignment with company pricing policies and strategic objectives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Statistics, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in pricing, analytics, strategy, or commercial roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience with SQL, BI tools, or data visualization is a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
