JASARA PMC is looking for an accomplished PMO Manager to join our dynamic team.
As the PMO Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining project management best practices across the organization.
This pivotal role involves overseeing the Project Management Office (PMO) and ensuring that projects align with the company's strategic objectives while delivering optimal value.
Your expertise will be crucial in developing project governance frameworks, methodologies, and performance metrics, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and executive leadership to drive project success and continuous improvement within JASARA PMC.
Responsibilities Develop and implement PMO strategies, processes, and standards to enhance project execution and delivery.
Monitor and report on project performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and resource availability.
Facilitate project prioritization and resource allocation, maximizing the value delivered by projects.
Conduct regular project reviews and audits to identify risks, issues, and areas for improvement.
Provide training and support to project managers and teams on PMO methodologies and best practices.
Ensure compliance with project management standards, tools, and documentation requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project portfolios and control project budgets.
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes through lessons learned and best practice sharing.
Act as a key point of contact for project management inquiries and guidance across the organization.
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices (e.
g., PMBOK, Agile).
Proven experience in establishing and leading a PMO.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with a focus on building relationships across all levels of the organization.
Experience with project management software and tools.
PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
