The Scheduling and Planning Engineer is responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules for road and infrastructure works. The role ensures timely execution through detailed planning, resource forecasting, and schedule analysis.
Develop project baseline schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
Prepare detailed work breakdown structure (WBS) aligned with project scope.
Track progress, update schedules, and identify variances.
Perform critical path analysis and propose mitigation plans.
Coordinate with site teams to gather actual progress and constraints.
Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and dashboards.
Support delay analysis, EOT claims, and recovery schedules.
Integrate cost, resources, and productivity in schedule forecasts.
Participate in project review and coordination meetings.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
At least 10 years planning experience in road/highway/infrastructure projects.
Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and project control tools.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
