About the location:

The Role of the Pastry Sous Chef
As a Pastry Sous Chef, you will support the Executive Pastry Chef in leading the pastry kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, and creativity. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional pastry and dessert offerings that reflect the brand’s excellence, while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.




What You Will Do




  • Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the pastry kitchen.
  • Prepare and present high‑quality pastries and desserts in line with brand standards.
  • Support menu development, seasonal creations, and innovative dessert concepts.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control at all times.
  • Supervise and guide pastry team members, providing training and support as needed.
  • Monitor inventory, stock levels, and ordering of pastry ingredients and supplies.
  • Maintain strict hygiene, health, and safety standards within the kitchen.
  • Coordinate with other kitchen and F&B teams to support overall operations.
  • Step in to lead the pastry section in the absence of the Pastry Chef.

  • Previous experience in a pastry kitchen, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and dessert preparation.
