Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards in the pastry kitchen.
Collaborate with event coordinators and culinary team to ensure seamless service during catering events.
Monitor and minimize food waste, ensuring cost-efficiency and proper storage.
Train and supervise junior pastry staff or assistants when needed.
Skills
Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts, Pastry, or related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a dessert or pastry chef in a hotel, bakery, or catering setup.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, flavor pairing, and decorative skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines for large orders or events.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and presentation.
