Responsibilities Identify and pursue potential partnership opportunities that align with business strategic goals.
Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and present tailored partnership proposals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure collaboration and mutual growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives.
Conduct market analysis to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
Monitor and evaluate partnership performance to assess success and areas for improvement.
Prepare and present regular reports on partnership activities and business development initiatives to management.
Earn commission on closed deals in addition to base salary.
Proven experience as a Partnerships Executive or in a similar business development role.
Strong understanding of partnership development and strategic collaboration.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Results-driven with a strong track record of developing successful partnerships.
Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
