We Are Looking for an Outbound Team Leader to manage outbound operations, ensure timely shipments, maintain safety and quality standards, and coordinate with other teams for smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Prevent backlogs and ensure on-time dispatch.
Develop and guide team members to improve performance.
Ensure compliance with transfer orders and proper documentation.
Inspect equipment and working areas for safety and cleanliness.
Coordinate with warehousing and inbound teams to optimize workflow.
Ensure proper loading techniques to prevent product damage.
Report operational issues and communicate with management on delays.
1-2 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution.
Experience in outbound operations or team leadership preferred.
Knowledge of WMS, handheld/RF scanners, and warehouse documentation.
Basic Excel and reporting skills.
High school diploma or higher; degree preferred.
Safety or quality certifications a plus (HACCP, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, CQIA, CQE).
