Job description

The Oracle Consultant will be responsible for the technical implementation and seamless data flow between the AI platform and the customer’s Oracle Fusion HCM environment. You will ensure that employee data, organizational structures, and leave management workflows are accurately synchronized to power intelligent automation.


Key Responsibilities
  • System Integration: Lead the technical configuration between client and Oracle Fusion HCM or Oracle ERP modules.
  • Data Mapping: Define and execute API mapping references and data flow validation between Oracle Cloud services and the AI platform.
  • UAT Support: Partner with the customer's Oracle IT leads to run User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure sign-off on integration milestones.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Debug REST API connections, webhooks, and data sync issues specific to the Oracle ecosystem.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed configuration guides and runbooks for Oracle-specific integration patterns.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: 4+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM or Oracle Cloud ERP.
  • Integration Skills: Proven experience with Oracle APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), or similar middleware.
  • Background: Strong understanding of HRIS workflows (Employee lifecycle, Org charts, Payroll data).
  • Soft Skills: Ability to manage relationships with C-level IT leadership and enterprise stakeholders.
