Oversight & Governance
  • Supervise team leaders and monitor their performance to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Ensure service quality and compliance with established standards.
  • Review performance reports and recommend necessary improvements.
Team & Resource Management
  • Lead, motivate, and develop team leaders and specialists.
  • Allocate resources effectively to achieve operational goals.
  • Address departmental challenges and provide root-cause solutions.
Process Development & Continuous Improvement
  • Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Implement modern tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.
  • Lead customer experience improvement initiatives and monitor satisfaction metrics.
  • Identify and manage non-conformities and corrective actions.
Communication & Coordination
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure operational alignment and integration.
  • Represent the department before senior management and relevant external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present periodic performance reports highlighting achievements, challenges, and improvement plans.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations quality, process improvement, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards, internal audit processes, and compliance frameworks.
