Job Purpose: Ensure the smooth and secure operation of all installment transactions across the store, branches, and digital channels, adhering to the Service Level Agreement (SLA), ensuring accurate financial settlements, and minimizing errors and disputes.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks: • Monitoring approvals and deliveries • Managing technical errors and integrations • Financial settlements and reconciliations • Following up on cancellations and returns • Generating daily/weekly reports: order volume, approvals/rejections, processing time, and financial discrepancies • Analyzing reasons for rejections and proposing policy and interface improvements with suppliers.
• Activating installment sales programs in branches and training staff • Follow up on approvals and deliveries • Follow up on the implementation of error solutions and technical integrations • Follow up on cancellations and returns • Follow up on the activation of installment sales programs in branches and train staff • Generate the daily operations report from the systems and the supplier portal.
• Prepare the initial reconciliation file (transaction amount/commission/net/reference) and submit any discrepancies to finance.
• Support customer service and branches.
