We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the daily operations of a growing coffee and specialty coffee retail business in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong operational experience within the coffee industry, with a deep understanding of café operations, quality standards, and customer experience.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage multi-branch operations, improve efficiency, ensure product quality, and drive operational excellence across all locations.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple coffee shop locations, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Implement and maintain operational standards, quality control, and service excellence across all branches.
Monitor store performance, sales trends, and operational KPIs to improve productivity and profitability.
Ensure consistent coffee quality and adherence to specialty coffee standards.
Lead, train, and manage store managers and operational teams to ensure high performance.
Optimize inventory management, supply chain coordination, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and brand reputation.
Collaborate with senior management to support business growth and expansion plans.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
5+ years of experience in operations management within the coffee, café, or specialty coffee industry.
Strong understanding of coffee shop operations, specialty coffee standards, and café management.
Proven experience managing multiple outlets or café branches.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage teams, improve operational efficiency, and achieve business targets.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
