We are seeking an experienced Operations Team Leader to supervise daily warehouse and operational activities, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and service excellence.
This role will lead frontline teams across inbound, outbound, and inventory operations, optimize workflows, support continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain high standards of safety and productivity.

Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse operations teams to achieve productivity and service targets.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and documentation requirements.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
3–5 years of experience in warehouse or retail operations, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
Experience across multiple warehouse functions such as inbound, outbound, and inventory control.
Familiarity with WMS, ERP, and related operational systems.
Knowledge of lean principles or continuous improvement practices is an advantage.
Strong leadership, coaching, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
