  • Description: Role Summary: As the Operation and Mobility Manager, you will oversee daily logistics, a land transportation fleet, and the operational efficiency of gas stations and petroleum service centers. The role focuses on optimizing route planning, fleet maintenance, and service delivery to maintain high standards in the Kingdom’s energy and logistics sectors. Key Responsibilities:
    • Fleet & Logistics Management: Manage the land transportation division, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of petroleum products and cargo.
    • Station Operations: Monitor and improve the operational standards of retail gas stations and attached convenience stores.
    • Mobility Strategy: Implement modern tracking and fleet management systems to reduce downtime and optimize fuel consumption.
    • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all operations strictly adhere to Saudi Arabian safety regulations and environmental standards for hazardous material handling.
    • Team Leadership: Supervise a diverse team, including drivers, technicians, and station staff, to meet performance KPIs.
