Key Responsibilities:
Establish, monitor, and report on key nursing quality indicators and performance metrics.
Lead root cause analyses (RCA) for sentinel events, near-misses, and clinical errors, and implement preventive measures.
Coordinate mock surveys and internal audits to maintain continuous readiness for JCI, CBAHI, or other accreditation bodies.
Drive continuous quality improvement projects (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) across various nursing units.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education: Master’s degree in Healthcare Quality, Nursing, or Hospital Management is mandatory.
Experience: Formal managerial experience leading healthcare quality, risk management, or accreditation teams is mandatory. Similar quality auditing experience is welcomed.
Licensing: Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) registration is highly preferred.
